PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill's Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following requests for Use & Variance Permits, in the Council Chambers at Oak Hill City Hall.

V-127-26-1: Request of Travis Prince, for a Zoning Variance as required by Section 15.38.020 Accessory Use Provisions and 15.38.100 Temporary Uses for the temporary placement of a small portable garage in front of the dwelling located in a R-2 Residential District at 329 State Avenue, Oak Hill, WV 25901 (Parcel 9-8-243).
