Invitation to Bid #ST 17-06
Purchase and Installation Fencing
The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a fencing for the Vienna Utility Board complex located at 210 60th Street.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Public Works Director, Vienna Utility Board Facility, 210 60th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Friday, October 21, 2016, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked âSEALED BID #ST 17-06. Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
