The object of this suit is to SEEK PERMISSION TO SETTLE A CLAIM AND DETERMINE THE DISRIBUTION OF PROCEEDS FOR INJURIES RESULTING IN THE DEATH OF DOUGLAS FARMER.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action, that due diligence has been made to ascertain the whereabouts of RAYMOND PECUNIER, STEPHEN LOTTS and THOMAS LOTTS, and all efforts have been in vain. A hearing is set for June 11, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. before Hon William J. Sadler. You MUST attend to protect your interest.
