Cash Dividend
Jay E. Dick, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CNB Financial Serv-ices, Inc., announced that the Board of Directors at their regular meeting held May 6, 2026, declared a regular cash dividend of
$0.63 per share to Com-mon Shareholders. The Board of Directors also declared a regular cash dividend of $0.693 per share to Class A Common Shareholders. Chairman Dick noted the dividend reflects the Bank’s solid earnings performance and strong financial position. The dividend is payable on June 18, 2026 to share-holders of record as of
June 12, 2026.
