DELINQUENT LAND TO BE SOLD

FALL PUBLICATION LIST

Notice is hereby given that the following described tracts or lots of land or undivided interests herein in the County of Pendleton which are delinquent for the nonpayment taxes for the year of 2015 will be offered for sale by the undersigned sheriff at public auction at the front door of the courthouse of the county, at 10 a.m. on the 2nd day of November, 2016.

Each unredeemed tract or lot, or each unredeemed part thereof of undivided interest therein, will be sold by public auction to the highest bidder for cash in an amount which shall not be less than the taxes, and charges which shall be due thereon to the date of sale, as set forth in the following table.

Please call the Sheriff’s office at 304-358-2214 before paying your 2015 Delinquent taxes which are coming up for land sale. The amount printed as total due for 2015 taxes includes some fees to be added ONLY if the land is sold.
