Fees for Services
Revision:
At the July 22nd 2019 Board of Health meeting, a revised version of the current Fees for Services was reviewed and approved by the Pendleton County Board of Health, to be effective October 1, 2019. There will be a thirty (30) day comment period beginning August 16th 2019 and ending September 16th 2019. Copies of the revised Fees for Services may be obtained at the Pendleton County Health Department during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Any comments should be submitted in writing to: Pendleton County Health Department, P.O. Box 520, Franklin, WV 26807. This notice is required by law to be in the form of a legal notice. 1c
