Fees for Service
Revision:
At the May 9th 2017 board of health meeting, a revised version of the current Fees for Services was reviewed and approved by the Pendleton County Board of Health, to be effective July 1, 2017. There will be a thirty (30) day comment period beginning May 18th 2017 and ending June 19th 2017. Copies of the revised Fees for Services may be obtained at the Pendleton County Health Department during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Any comments should be submitted in writing to: Pendleton County Health Department, P.O. Box 520, Franklin, WV 26807.
