GENERAL CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION SERVICES
The Jackson County Development Authority is accepting bids for the buildout and renovations for 4 independent offices located at 108 Royal Street Ravenswood.
Proposals will include the following work to be performed;
ó All necessary electrical work
ó Erection of 4 Steel Doors to be installed at the rear of the building
ó Drywall to be installed, finished and painted
ó Water and Sewer to be installed
ó New carpet and tile the entire surface
ó Install Base trim around walls, doors and windows
ó Install adequate lighting to the main areas and the restrooms
ó Install 4 toilets, 4 Vanities
ó Slope dirt and debris away from the back of the building
ó Check existing HVAC Systems
ó All other work necessary to meet code
All work is to be completed shall be in conformity with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of West Virginia and any applicable federal agencies. All bids shall be received in writing and delivered or mailed to Mark Whitley, Executive Director, Jackson County Development Authority, 167 Seneca Drive, Ripley, WV 25271 on or before 1:00 pm January 17, 2017
