You are hereby notified of the above styled action pending in the Circuit Court of Grant County, West Virginia. That you have been identified as the father of C.S.D. Jr. born July 25, 2024, to McKaylia Stonestreet. The action pending is an abuse and neglect case which can result in the termination of parental, custodial and/or guardianship rights to the above child which are the subject of these proceedings. You are advised that every parent, custodian and/or guardian is entitled to and has a right to counsel at every stage of this proceeding.
An Adjudicatory/Accelerated Disposition hearing is currently scheduled in this matter for April 11, 2025, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse, 5 Highland Ave., Petersburg, West Virginia. You should appear at this hearing to protect and defend your interests.
