Now comes the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company N.A., as successor in interest to all permitted successors and assigns of Bank One, National Association as Trustee of the GreenPoint Manufactured Housing Contract Trust, Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1999-5, by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is to enforce its security interest and take possession of a Horton Homes MGR manufactured home, VIN H86912GL and H86912GR, believed to be located at 185 Poplar Lane, Circleville, WV 26804.
It is ordered that Defendants, Unknown Heirs, if any, of Iona Albright, and Unknown Heirs, if any, of Victor Tingle , do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk at his/her office.
