It appears in an affidavit filed with this action that Matthew C. Gilbert has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Matthew C. Gilbert shall serve upon, Plaintiff, G. Isaac Sponaugle, III, whose address is PO Box 578, Franklin, West Virginia 26807, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Interpleader filed in this action on or before the 3rd day of February 2024. If you fail to answer the Interpleader, a judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Interpleader at any time thereafter. A copy of said Interpleader can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
That on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at the hour of 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, a hearing will be held on the Interpleader before the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia at the Pendleton County Courthouse located at 100 South Main Street, Franklin, West Virginia 26807.
A copy of this Order shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in Pendleton County, West Virginia, for two times as required by law
