It is hereby ordered that Respondent serve upon Kimberly Lee Ann Cole, Petitioner, whose address is 53 Rabbit Lane, Brandywine, WV 26802, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before July 31, 2025. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
