Booker do serve upon Fayette County Magistrate Court, magistrate, whose address is 100 Church Street, Suite 3, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840 an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before May 14, 2026 otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Gene R.
