INVITATION TO BID E911 COMMUNICATIONS CENTER RADIO SYSTEM Mingo County Commission for Mingo County 911 seeks competitive proposals for the procurement and implementation of a Next Generation 911 (NG911) compliant phone system that fully aligns with NENA i3 architecture standards (NENA STA-010 and related guidance). The project is part of the county's modernization initiative to ensure mission-critical reliability, interoperability, and resilience across all Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) operations. Any and all sealed bids must be received no later than 4 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the following address: Mingo County Commission Sealed Bid – E911 Phone System Attention: Leigh Ann Ray 78 East 2nd Ave., Room 308-B Williamson, WV 25661 Bids will be opened and read aloud during a regular meeting of the Mingo County Commission scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Any bid submitted by a company that did not participate in a pre-bid tour will not be considered. The Mingo County Commission reserves the right to award the bid for the project based upon certain criteria, including but not limited to, submitted bid price, references, experience and/or any other factors determined to be in the best interest to the completion of the contract.
