INVITATION TO BID PROPOSALS The Town of Fayetteville is requesting Bid Proposals for Mold Removal and Cleaning at for the Old Fayetteville High School located at 135 High Street, Fayetteville, WV. The project includes: 1. The removal of the existing mold, on plaster and concrete 2. Demo and removal of damaged and molded areas, floors, walls and ceilings 3. Site Containments for debris and mold 4. Waste Removal / Dumpsters 5. Business and Occupational Taxes 6. Current West Virginia Contractor’s License 7. Provide Current West Virginia Worker’s Compensation Insurance 8. Bonding and Insurance 9. Town of Fayetteville License The project completion date is no later than August 31, 2016 and will be reviewed by a designated Representative of the Town of Fayetteville. All bid proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., July 25, 2016. All Bids must Be Sealed and labeled “OLD SCHOOL BUILDING BID PROPOSAL” Send via USPS to Town of Fayetteville, Town Superintendent, 125 Court Street, Fayetteville, WV 25840.
