You will take notice that WVTH LLC, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2019-S-00000339, BL 17, PT LOTS 4, 5 1158 SABRATON AVE 7,800 SQ FT O, located in MORGANTOWN 5TH WARD CORP, which was returned delinquent in the name of WALDEN GARY C, BRIAN CARL &, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Monongalia County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 4th day of November, 2019, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2021, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
