You will take notice that Spinsaddle LLC, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate No. 306640, located in CLAY District, 5.26 SUR & SEW C DAYS RUN which was returned delinquent in the name of SIMPSON EDWARD, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands Monongalia County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 10/21/2021. Dicken Land Services, LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 4/7/2022, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
