Notice of Filing Petition for Adoption of A.M.M., A Minor Child Under the Age of Eighteen Years, Monongalia County Circuit Court, Morgantown, West Virginia

The purpose of the above action is to determine adoption of child A.M.M., born February 12, 2009. It is ORDERED that any person claiming to be the biological father of the aforementioned child appear at the Monongalia County Justice Center, 75 High Street Morgantown, WV 26505, on the 6th day of January 2021 at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable Judge Scott for a hearing on the adoption of A.M.M. Said persons are given notice that they must object, otherwise permanent legal and physical custody of said child may be granted to the petitioners and parental rights may be permanently terminated. Said persons shall have the right to obtain counsel. A copy of said petition filed in this matter can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Monongalia County, Jean Friend, at her office located at the Monongalia County Justice Center.
