The Morgantown Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on the following petitions at their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at6:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 389 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV. B. V21-43 / William Martin / 1021 Denver Avenue: Request by William Martin for variance relief from Article 1335 of the City’s Planning and Zoning Code regarding setback requirements in a R-1A, Single-Family Residential District; City Tax District 13, City Tax Map 25, Parcel 615, R-1A, Single-Family Residential District.
