You will take notice that SHUMAN INC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Cert No. 2022-C-000177 , located in MORGAN District, PT 9000 SQ FT CHETSNUT RIDGE ROAD which’ was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of WALDEN BRIAN CARL, TIFFANY M & 973, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of MONONGALIA County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on May 25, 2023, SHUMAN INC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after May 1, 2024, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
