Bid Call 2023-04 – Tree Planting Services

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Morgantown, WV for all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary for tree planting services on City properties and Right of Ways. The City estimates this contract will involve the procurement and planting of 326 trees and shrubs over a four-year period, with the first delivery and installation of trees scheduled for Fall 2023.

All bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid 2023-04“.No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or the bidding. Bids must be received at the City of Morgantown’s Finance Director, 430 Spruce Street, Morgantown, WV 26505, by March 29, 2023 by 4:00 p.m.
