You will take notice that SHUMAN INC, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2021-S-00000213, 1/2 OF 1/6 120 AC & 26.50 OG API 568, 318, located in MORGAN, which was returned delinquent in the name of HICKMAN DEBRA HARNER, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Monongalia County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 8th day of November, 2021 , has requested that you be notified that a deed for such rea l estate will be made to him or her on or after April 9, 2023, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
