Proposals will be received by the Wirt County Commission, West Virginia located at 17 Washington Street, Room 103 (PO Box 53), Elizabeth, WV 26143, until 1:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, December 15, 2015. Proposals shall be immediately opened for âWirt County MutiChannel VHF Simulcast Radio Systemã in accordance with proposal documents now on file in the office of the Wirt County Clerk for all interested parties. Each proposal shall be filed in a sealed envelope marked âWirt County Commission Radio Systemã by the date and time specified.
