On January 28, 2016, Fine Arts Radio, Inc., Newport, Ohio, filed an application to transfer the license of FM translator W240BE, Newport, Ohio to Radio Richmond LLC, 3055 Woodlin Drive, Gum Spring, VA., 23065. Radio Richmond proposes to move the license to Richmond, VA., to serve as a translator for AM station WLEE, Richmond. A copy of this application is available for inspection at the WVVV studio, 1627 Rosemar Rd., Parkersburg.
