LEGAL NOTICE
Effective March 15, 2016, the Parkersburg Housing Authority will no longer accept applications from persons residing outside of the PHAás jurisdiction or its adjoining MSAs. This portion of the waiting list will be closed to all Public Housing and Section 8 applicants.
