LEGAL NOTICE
The Wood County Alternative Transportation System Council is seeking ‘Water Trail’ designation for the 39 miles of the Ohio River and the 18 miles of the Little Kanawha River within Wood County, from the West Virginia Recreational Trails Advisory Board.
A draft of the ‘Water Trail’ designation application is available from June 1st 2016 to August 1st 2016 for public review and comment in Room 205 of the Wood County Courthouse.
A public meeting will be held August 1st, 6:30 PM in the Judge Donald F. Black Courtroom Annex.
