The City of Vienna is preparing an amendment to its 2013-14 and 2014-15 Community Development Block Grant Programs as follows:

The purpose of this public notice is to inform affected citizens and to invite public comments on the proposed changes to the Community Development Block Grant Program and Consolidated Action Plan. As part of its Citizen Participation Plan, the City will receive written comments on the amendment until July 22, 2014. Comments should be submitted to: City of Vienna, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105 ATTN: Steve Black.
In addition, the City will hold a public hearing on this proposed amendment on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 4:00 pm at the Vienna City Building, City Council Chambers, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV. The City will consider comments received, and if appropriate, modify the proposed budget. The location is handicapped accessible.
