James L. Pitrolo, Jr., Chairman of the West Virginia Health Care Authority, today announced that the Authority has received a Letter of Intent from LHCG LXXXIX, LLC and LHCG XC, LLC, Lafayette, Louisiana, CON File #17-5-11015-A, for the acquisition and joint venture of Pleasant Valley Hospital, Inc.’s home health and hospice agency providing services in West Virginia and Ohio.
Further information regarding the Letter of Intent, including the Certificate of Need application when submitted, is on the Authority’s website at www.hca.wv.gov.
