NOTICE OF JUDICIAL SALE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR DELINQUENT TAXES
Pursuant to the Order for Sale of Real Property for Delinquent Taxes entered by the Tazewell County Circuit Court on April 13, 2022, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, on April 22, 2022 at 9:00 AM, at the Tazewell County Administration Building, located at 197 Main Street, Tazewell, Virginia 24651, the following described properties for payment of delinquent taxes:
All those four (4) certain lots or parcels of land situate and being in the Town of Richlands, Tazewell County, Virginia, designated and described as Lots Nos. One (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), and FOUR (4), in Section No. SEVENTY-EIGHT (78), Plan “C” of the said Town of Richlands, as shown by plat with certificate by the Clinch Valley Coal and Iron Company dated the 6th day of May, 1890, and recorded in the aforesaid clerk’s Office in Deed Book 26, pages 1 et seq.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH – ten percent (10%) bidder’s deposit will be required with balance due thirty (30) days from the date of sale, payable by (a) cash, (b) money order, (c) cashier’s check, or (d) certified check.
TERMS OF SALE: MINIMUM BID REQUIRED – a minimum starting bid of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) will be required for purchase.
The property shall be conveyed by Special Warranty of Title free and clear of all liens except 2022 real estate taxes, which shall be prorated. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Tazewell County Circuit Court.
