In execution of a credit line deed of trust dated December 3, 2013 (the “Deed of Trust”), recorded in the Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County, Virginia, as Instrument No. 130004569 (Book 2013, Page 22816), the undersigned substitute Trustees, any or all of whom may act, will offer for sale in front of the Tazewell County Courthouse, (Main Street Entrance), 135 Court Street, Tazewell, Virginia, on June 30, 2022, at 2:00 o’clock p.m., property located at or near 313 Virginia Avenue, Bluefield, Virginia, which property is more particularly described as follows:

The following real estate, with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in the Town of Bluefield in Tazewell County, Virginia which is described as being All of Lot Number 11 and One-Half (1/2) of Lot Number 12, adjoining Lot Number 11, both in Section 6, as the same appear upon a map of lots of a part of the Town of Graham, now Bluefield, with certificate of Graham Linkland Improvement Company of record in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County in Deed Book 38, at page 202, reference to which is made.

This sale is subject to all liens, easements, restrictions, conditions, and reservations of record affecting the title to the property hereinabove described, to the extent any of them have priority over the lien of the Deed of Trust.

TERMS OF SALE: A bidder’s deposit of up to ten percent (10%) of the successful bid in certified funds required (certified or cashier’s check made payable to Spilman, Thomas & Battle, PLLC). Settlement within thirty (30) days of sale with balance of purchase price paid in cash. Additional terms may be announced at the time of sale. The successful bidder will be required to execute a Memorandum of Trustee’s Sale outlining additional terms of sale and settlement that will be available for review prior to the announcement of sale.
