It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Judson Friend and Amanda Williams could not be found, are non-residents of the State of West Virginia, or have unknown addresses. It is hereby ordered that Judson Friend and Amanda Williams serve upon, Linda Hausman, Esq., counsel for the Petitioners, whose address is P.O. Box 768, Bridgeport, WV 26330, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense they may have to the Petition for Adoption filed in this action on or before October 14, 2022. If they fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Petition. A hearing will take place before the Honorable Patrick N. Wilson, Judge of the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia in this matter on October 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. The hearing may be continued or rescheduled without further notice or publication.
