This day came Raeann Osborne and presented unto the Court a Petition, pursuant to West Virginia Code 48-25-101. The Court, having reviewed the same, finds that it is in appropriate form and that a Class I Legal advertisement should be filed pursuant to West Virginia Code 48-25-101(b) The Petitioner prays that his name be changed from Dakota Alexander Dillow to the name of Dakota Odysseus Alexander.
This matter has been scheduled for a hearing on Monday the 24th day of April 2023 at 1:15 p.m. before Honorable Judge Derek Swope, Family Court Judge of Mercer County.
The Circuit Clerk shall provide a copy of this Order to, all counsel of record.
