IN RE: Petition of Rebecca Morlock for Guardianship of D.F. and L.W.
TO: A.F. and T.D.W., biological parents of D.F., born May 22, 2014, and L.W., born December 7, 2015.
It is ORDERED that A.F. and T.D.W., or any persons claiming to be the biological parents of the aforementioned children, appear at the Harrison County Circuit Court, Harrison County Courthouse, 301 W. Main Street, Clarksburg, West Virginia, on 23rd day of August, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. before the Honorable James A. Matish, for a hearing on the guardianship of D.F. and L.W. Said persons are given notice that they must object, or otherwise permanent legal and physical guardianship of said MINOR children may be granted to the Petitioner. A.F. and T.D.W. shall have the right to be represented by counsel.
A copy of the petition filed in this matter can be obtained from the Circuit Clerk of Harrison County, Albert F. Marano, at his office located at the Harrison County Courthouse, 301 W. Main Street, Clarksburg, West Virginia. The hearing may be continued or rescheduled without further notice or publication. Counsel for the Petitioner is Julie N.
