PRESTON-TAYLOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS –
NEWBURG CLINIC
Sealed bids for the proposed Preston-Taylor County Community Health Centers – Newburg Clinic, will be received by Omni Associates – Architects, Inc., attention Adam Rohaly, 207 Jefferson Street, WV 26554 until 2pm, on October 6, 2023, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates – Architects which will be available as of September 20, 2023
The project will be bid under a single Prime Contract. The project consists of approximately 3,000 sf business occupancy clinic building of wood construction in Newburg, WV.

Mandatory Pre-bid Conference:
A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at Omni Associates – Architects, Inc., 207 Jefferson Street, Fairmont, WV 26554, on September 26th at 2pm.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. Omni reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities.
