Any objection to said adoption should be served to Ashley Joseph Smith, Esquire, Funkhouser & Smith PLLC, 1708 Locust Avenue, P.O. Box 385, Fairmont, WV 26555-0385, on or before Wednesday, the 11th day of October, 2023.
A copy of the Petition for Adoption can be obtained from Rhonda L. Starn, Clerk, Circuit Court of Marion County, Marion County Courthouse, 219 Adams Street, Suite 211, Fairmont, WV 26554. Failure to object to said Petition for Adoption may result in the termination of your parental rights to the child named herein. Failure to respond to this notification may waive further notification of proceedings in this matter.
