NOTICE OF INTENDED
CONVEYANCE
TO: THE MEMBERS OF the
First Century Church of Metz
Metz, Marion County,
West Virginia
KNOW AL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Notice is hereby given that, in compliance with Section 10, Article I, Chapter 35 of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, and pursuant to the constitution, bylaws, rules and polity of First Century Church of Metz, Metz, Marion County, West Virginia, and action taken during a special meeting of the membership of the Church empowering, directing and instructing said Trustees to sell real estate located at 8504 Husky Highway, Metz, West Virginia 26585, as more fully described in the legal description set forth below, to James K. Martin, Jr. and Airadeea D. Williams (the “Purchasers”) for the Sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($80,000.00) DOLLARS; and whereby the Trustees for the Church were further empowered and instructed to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate the conveyance of such interest held on behalf of the Church and its members, that we, Rita Darlene Byard, Trustee, Christine N. Lemley, Trustee W. Paul Miller, Trustee, Lurita R. Jenkins, Trustee, and Victor Snyder, Trustee, as Trustees of First Century Church of Metz, located at 8504 Husky Highway, Metz, West Virginia, 26565, on or before the 31st day of December, 2023, will execute, acknowledge and deliver unto James K. Martin, Jr. and Airadeea D. Williams, Purchasers, a Deed conveying the interest held by us on behalf of the Church and its members in the hereinafter described real property:

Said property situates along U.S. Route 250 and the Waters of Pyles Fork of Buffalo Creek in the Village of Metz, Mannington District of Marion County, West Virginia and is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a cotton gin spike set in the northern line of US Roust 250, being reference 876.41’ from a cotton gin spike found on said right of way line; thence running with five (5) lines with said US Route 250, N 44o 33’ 16” W – 126.07’ to a point; thence N 39o 24’ 09” W – 105.91 to a point; thence N 35o 26’ 07” W – 85.62’ to a point; thence N 32o 19’ 14” W – 93.56’ to a point; thence N 29o 22’ 35” W – 38.19’ to a cotton gin spike set; thence leaving line of said road, N 55o 09’ 01” E – 191.31’ to an iron pin & cap set; thence S 39o 50’ 18” E – 433.93’ to an iron pin & cap set; thence S 51o 05’ 00” W – 206.80’ to the point of beginning, being part of tax parcel 33 of Mannington District Map 12-29 and containing an area as survey of 2.128 acres more or less.
