Bowers, Unknown Occupant(s) do serve upon Brian Shuck, Magistrate, whose address is 200 Jackson St/City County Complex Bldg., Fairmont, WV 26554, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before November 20th, 2023, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Keith R. Bowers, Amanda J. Bowers, Unknown Occupant(s) at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
