NOTICE
The City of Keystone, 32509 Coal Heritage Rd., Keystone WV 24868 is accepting bids to replace and/or restore to complete working order our City Hall three tier roofs. We will accept appointments to evaluate each roof and submit a written estimate. Call (304) 862-2239 to set up an appointment Tuesday-Thursday 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. The deadline for all estimates will be February 22, 2024.
The City of Keystone reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
