To whom it may concern: I, Ruth Ellen Walker at 7029 Clear Fork Road, Ameagle WV did hereby several years ago buy ALL waterline hoses, and drainpipes and had Mr. Ronald McGinnis, Senior (Contractor) to do all waterline digging, and installation of my signed up for the “AMEAGLE WATERLINE PROJECT” on my right-of-way deed, this work and purchase of all was paid for by me for my son & family for future use as needed.
