PUBLIC NOTICE
At a meeting held January 24, 2024 the Marion County Board of Health voted to adopt the fee schedule for permits as set in WV Code 64CSR30 beginning July 1, 2024. Copies of the proposed new fee schedule may be obtained by written request to the Marion County Health Department, 300 Second Street, Fairmont, WV 26554 or by calling 304.366-3360. Written comments regarding the proposed change will be accepted and should be directed to the Marion County Board of Health, 300 Second Street, Fairmont, WV 26554. The Board of Health has provided for a thirty (30) day comment period. All comments must be post marked by May 13, 2024 in order to be considered by the Board.
