The New River Gorge Regional Development Authority (NRGRDA) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the preliminary engineering and design related to the renovation of 412 City Avenue, Beckley, WV. This project involves interior and exterior renovations to establish a textile training and cut & sew facility, in partnership with the West Virginia Hive.

Notice is given that Diversified Production LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a general permit registration, for a natural gas compressor station located off Estep Ridge Rd., near Paynesville, in McDowell County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.36883 and -81.87090.

The applicant estimates the potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
