It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of PANKAJ SHETH and GIREESH ASTHANA are unknown and that the Petitioners have used due diligence to ascertain their whereabouts without effect, it is hereby ordered that, PANKAJ SHETH AND GIREESH ASTHANA, or their former heirs and assigns, serve upon THEODORE DAVITIAN, Petitionerás attorney, whose address is 420 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101, a responsive pleading which you may have to the Petition to Release Lien filed in this action on or before March 7, 2016. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and/or trial may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Motion.
