REQUESTING SEALED BIDS The City of Spencer, West Virginia is requesting sealed bids on the following vehicle (equipment) until 2:00 pm. EST on Monday, February 27, 2023. The intent of these specifications is for the City of Spencer to obtain bids for the purchase of one ALTEC telescoping articulating Aerial device with ISO-Boom year model with a Ford Chassis 2016 model year or later with no more than 100,000 driving miles on the unit.
