PUBLIC HEARING The Mingo County Commission hasdecided to file an application with the West Virginia Department of EconomicDevelopment. The application is for agrant from the Community Development Component of the FY2022 Community DevelopmentBlock Grant Program for the Mingo County Commission Gilbert Hanover WaterlineExtension Project. A public hearing willbe held on February 21, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. to discuss the proposed projectapplication, and to receive written and verbal comments. The public hearingwill be held at the Mingo County Courthouse, Williamson, WV 25661. The application will be submittedto the office of Community Advancement and Development, a division of the WestVirginia Department of Economic Development, by February 24, 2023. All persons having an interest in thisproject or wishing to express their views but unable to participate in thepublic hearing are encouraged to submit written comments to the Mingo CountyCommission, 78 East Second Avenue, Williamson, WV 25661 by February 21, 2023. Language assistance for persons who havelimited English proficiency will be available with advanced notice. Specialaccommodations will be available with advanced notice.
