REQUEST FOR QUOTATION THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE COUNTY OF PUTNAM The Board of Education of the County of Putnam, Winfield, WV, will receive bids for Safety / Security Film installation at various school locations in the County until 9:00 a.m. local prevailing time on the 27th of June 2025, at the office of the Putnam County Board of Education, 77 Courthouse Drive, Winfield, WV 25213. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on June 18th, 2025. The Meeting will be at the Putnam County Schools central office location at 77 Courthouse Drive, Winfield, WV 25213. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at the Board of Education of the County of Putnam Central Office located at 77 Courthouse Drive, Winfield, WV 25213. Scott Coyner at 304-586-1650. Each bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for Bid to be considered.
