NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated October 28, 2021, executed by Borrower(s), Keith Davis and Latoya Renee Davis, to Chicago Title Insurance Company, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 4548, at Page 957. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 106 Margaux Way, Charleston, WV 25311. The parties of the second part, for themselves, and on behalf of their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors and assigns, by the acceptance of this deed, covenant and agree to be bound by and comply with covenants, terms, provisions and conditions as set forth in the Hemingway Place Declaration of Townhomes, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.
