NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated June 6, 2022, executed by Borrower, Tatyana J Dogan, to Chris Eller, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Book 4591, at Page 709. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 2368 Savory Dr, Charleston, WV 25387. The said Columbus Blevins died intestate a resident of Kanawha County, West Virginia, on July 22, 2015, title to the property having vested in his daughter, Krisan Lamberti, his sole and only heir at law; and being also the same property conveyed unto Tatyana J. Dogan by Krisan Lamberti by deed dated May 18, 2022 to be recorded in Deed Book 3132, at Page 214, in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office. This conveyance is made subject to any and all covenants, restrictions, and easements as the same may appear in instruments of record in the aforesaid Clerk`s Office.
