REQUESTING SEALED BIDS The Tucker County Solid Waste Authority is requesting sealed bids for Monthly and Weekly rental rates for the following: 1. One Jaw Crusher with minimum 24″X48″ jaw. 2. One Cone Crusher with a minimum of 200HP- 300 tons per hour rating. 3. Two 80-foot-long diesel- or gas-powered stackers. 4. The monthly rental rate must include 30 consecutive calendar days with up to 160 hours of use. 5. The weekly rental rate must include 7 consecutive calendar days with up to 40 hours of use. 6. Freight quote must include Freight in and out, set-up assistance, training, and permits to Davis, WV. 7. Bid must include and list all general terms and conditions. 8. Bid must include optional insurance if available through bidder. 9. The quote must be good for 30 days after the bid opening date. 10. The bidder must state available dates for all equipment. 11. Bidder must submit itemized bids on each piece of equipment. NOTICE OF CONTINUED SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given, by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Successor Trustees, Eric M. Johnson and L. Elizabeth King, by that certain Deed of Trust made by Rex K. Shull and Sandra L. Shull, dated August November 22, 2021, and recorded November 29, 2021, in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book 2867, at page 434, the said Successor Trustees acting by virtue of that certain Appointment of Successor Trustee dated March 31, 2025, and recorded April 14, 2025, in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Substitution of Trustee Book 423, at page 291, and default having been made in the payment of the Note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust, and having been requested in writing by the owner and holder of the Note, will offer for sale, at public auction, to the highest bidder at the front door of the Courthouse of Cabell County, West Virginia, on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., all that certain lot, piece or parcel of real property, together with improvements thereon, situate in Union District, Cabell County, West Virginia, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:Those two certain pieces, parcels or tracts of real estate situate on the waters of Trace Creek of Little Guyan Creek, in Union District, Cabell County, West Virginia, described as follows, to-wit:FIRST TRACT: Being the same parcel of land conveyed to M. Edmonds died on January 29, 1976, and Betty Lee Edmonds died on May 15, 2021, see Will Book 236, Page 399.At the time of the execution of the deed of trust, the grantor represented that the address of the property was 10170 Jenkins Creek Road, Milton, West Virginia 25541.TERMS OF SALE: The Premises will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” in its present condition and with all faults and defects, if any. The property will be conveyed by deed with no covenants of warranty of title. The property shall be sold subject to all liens not discharged by the sale, including, without limitation, liens for real estate taxes, incinerator, sanitary and sewer charges and liens with priority to the Deed of Trust pursuant to which this sale is being conducted. The property shall be sold subject to all covenants, restrictions, easements, rights of way and reservations which may be a matter of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office or visible upon the ground. The purchasers at the sale shall be responsible for paying the recording costs and also the tax on the privilege of transferring real property (the cost of the tax stamps to be affixed to the deed). The Successor Trustees and The Ohio Valley Bank Co. shall not be responsible for the removal of any person or personal property from the Premises. The property will be sold to the highest bidder, who shall be obligated to pay an initial deposit to the Trustees at the time of sale in the minimum amount of 10% of the bid amount, and the remaining balance shall be paid to the Trustees on or within 20 days of the date of the auction.In addition to the payment of the bid, the purchaser of the property at the sale shall be responsible for paying a 10% buyer’s premium to Joe R.
