Request for Proposals for the Operation of Gift Shop, Snack Bar and Admission Booth at the West Virginia State Wildlife Center, French Creek The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Section is seeking a qualified and competent contractor to operate a gift shop and snack bar at the West Virginia State Wildlife Center in French Creek, West Virginia. The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources reserves the right to award the contract upon the basis of any bid proposals received, and to reject any and all bid proposals. More than one bid proposal from an individual, firm, or partnership, corporation, or association, under the same or different names will not be considered.
