Contract 24-1B Work associated with this contract area generally includes replacement of 12,850 linear feet of 6″ and 8″ gravity sewer main; 2,650 linear feet of 6″ house service pipe for 93 house service replacements; 62 manholes; 24 lampholes/cleanouts; and associated pavement restoration. Contractor’s Sales Tax Exemption “The (Town/PSD) is exempt from West Virginia Sales Taxes and, by West Virginia Code 11-15-8d, can now extend this tax exemption to Contractors supplying goods on their behalf.
