NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS To maintain necessary clearances for safe and reliable electric service, Appalachian Power Company plans to manage vegetation along the Apple Grove-Ashton portion of its 12kV distribution system in Cabell, Mason and Putnam County, WV. On or about August 11, 2025, a helicopter will begin trimming trees away from power lines. A ground crew will follow up to remove tree trimmings from streams, roads and maintained areas. In unmaintained or undeveloped areas, trimmings will remain on site to minimize soil disturbance and to promote biodegradation. Rights-of-way in this area expected to be all or partially involved in the program are: Jerry’s Run Rd., Guyan Creek Rd., Hannan Trace Rd., Dunlavey Ridge Rd., Black Oak Rd., White Pine Dr., Riverview Rd., Sisson Rd.
